Privacy notice
Last updated 4 September 2026
This site exists to introduce Ex-Grapha and to let you request a demo. This notice explains what we collect when you do, why, and what happens to it.
What we collect
When you request a demo, we ask for:
- Your name
- Your work email address
- Your company, if you choose to tell us
If you book a time through the calendar link instead, that booking is handled by Google Calendar under Google's own terms and privacy policy.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one purpose: to reply to your request and arrange a demo. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share your details for marketing.
Who processes it
- Form submissions are received and stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, which processes them on our behalf.
- Fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts. Your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and runs no analytics or tracking scripts.
How long we keep it
We keep your request while we are in contact about a demo and for up to twelve months after our last exchange, then delete it. If you would like it deleted sooner, email us and we will do so.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to ozgun@ex-grapha.ai. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
